Adults
Book Club
The Book Club meets on the 3rd Tuesday, monthly at 5 PM.
They read a variety of fiction and nonfiction titles. The group is mixed in both age and gender, and discusses books without influence from the library staff. The library provides a list of general discussion questions. Members vote on their reading list in November.

2026 Reading Challenge
Join our year long reading challenge! It’s simple, fun, and available for the WHOLE FAMILY. Our primary goal is developing a daily reading habit.
We are mixing things up this year and moving to a Point Based system, with two ways to track. We encourage individuals to chose whichever version works best for them!
Basic Tracking: Fill in a track when you have read for at least 30 minutes that day. Each track equals 1 point
Advanced Tracking: Fill in your time read each day. Every 30 minutes equals 1 point, with a max of 4 pts./day.
Each log is 24 days. Participants can fill out a maximum of 13 logs. You can fill a log before you return it for your next log!
Points can be redeemed from our “Challenge Shop” immediately, or saved for larger prizes from the shop as well as during 2 silent auctions in August and December. Prizes may change regularly and when necessary will have both a Basic and an Advanced Point “price”. We strive to offer a variety of prizes appropriate for everyone.
Free Books will also be given away at 2500(B)/5000(A) minutes read. Maximum of 1 book per quarter.
